SAB funds the market launch of hAiner through the ERDF
Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB), the development bank of the Free State of Saxony, is funding the market launch of hAiner with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The project runs until May 2027 and supports the rollout at our first customers. Here is what is covered, what is not, and what our customers get out of it.
What the funding covers
The focus is on the substance that carries productive use at the customer site. Covered are:
- adaptations to our customers' needs, from interfaces through to data protection settings
- standardised deployments for cloud and on-premises
- preparation for ISO 27001
- rollout projects at first customers, where all of the above proves itself in live operation
- plus trademark protection, the design of marketing and sales, and a single trade fair appearance
Operational advertising is not covered: ads, campaigns and posts are paid for by us. No new core features are built within the project. This is about adapting and improving the version that runs at our customers today.
What this means for our customers
Whether a mid-sized engineering company entrusts its experiential knowledge to an AI is rarely decided on feature count. It is decided on data protection, hosting and traceability. Those are exactly the points the funding lets us invest in: documented rollout processes, configurable data protection settings, and preparation for ISO 27001. The project "Markteinführung der KI-gestützten Wissensmanagement-Software hAiner zur Sicherung von implizitem Unternehmenswissen" (market launch of the AI-supported knowledge management software hAiner for securing tacit organizational knowledge) is funded by Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB) with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Co-financed by the European Union. This measure is co-financed by tax revenue on the basis of the budget adopted by the Saxon State Parliament.
