GDPR-compliant AI for the technical Mittelstand.
Securing knowledge requires building trust. An AI that talks with the minds of your most experienced employees touches data protection, co-determination and IT security all at once. hAiner is built for these requirements from the start, not made "compliance-ready" after the fact.
Hosting in Germany.
hAiner runs by default in German data centres meeting BSI and ISO 27001 standards. Your data does not leave German jurisdiction. For companies with especially strict requirements, critical infrastructure, energy utilities, defence suppliers, on-premise operation in your own infrastructure is possible.
No model training with your data.
This is not a setting; it is architecture. Neither hAiner itself nor the LLM providers hAiner works with technically use your data for training. What your key person tells hAiner stays in your company context, searchable for your workforce, invisible to everyone else.
Works council and co-determination.
hAiner is explicitly not a surveillance system. The conversations take place by consent with the key person; they decide what is released. We provide templates for works agreements and actively support coordination with the works council, that is part of every pilot setup.
Roles and permissions model.
Knowledge is not equally relevant to everyone in the company, and not everything belongs in everyone’s hands. hAiner supports fine-grained role models that adapt to your organisational structure: shop-floor knowledge for the shop floor, sales knowledge for sales, special arrangements for management only.
What your IT can review.
In the pilot setup we work directly with your IT: architecture and data-flow diagrams, a technical whitepaper, a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, optionally penetration-test reports. You get everything your security team needs for sign-off.
Your IT wants to see details?
We talk directly with your security lead, architecture, data flows, contracts. In the intro call or as a separate meeting.
